Eddie was great. Have a new shelter dog that is a year old which has extreme puppy behaviors. Too much energy and very hard to keep him from getting into things he shouldn’t be in. Eddie was able to help us understand better ways to not only train our dog, but how to train ourselves in being better dog owners. I was very stubborn with some of the gear he recommended, and was hesitant to purchase all the tools. I pushed back and had that “he’s right moment” the very night of our puppy’s return. The next day I purchased everything he mentioned, and now on a better path of correcting our dog’s behavior. Eddie was very direct, which isn’t always the easiest when opinions differ but can honestly say, I should have listened. Eddie is still checking in and offering support now that our dog is back. I recommend Critical Thinking and Eddie to any dog owner that needs help. I also recommend to be more open than I was and be willing to try his methods. We just got our Echo back from what we affectionately call her "Kindergarten" after 5 weeks. This was definitely a trust in the process decision, and I'm glad we did just that. When Eddie picked her up and said he was excited to work with her, we could tell he meant it. By the end of the training, he even offered to keep her an extra week to fine tune her confidence. Although we appreciated the offer, we just missed her too much so he explained what we can do on our end to continue with her training while still being available to us when we needed. We had a realistic expectation and they were met with the understanding it's up to us as the owner to do our part in the process as well. Eddie makes us feel like we are a team. Thank you for giving us the jump start we needed.

We’ve used Eddie for the past two years to train our 110 Lb European Doberman, he has done a phenomenal job with him. We also send our dog once a week for maintenance and our dog gets so excited to see him. He’s great at what he does, Very professional and is quick to respond via text or phone call if we need anything. I highly recommend him, he is very dedicated and super knowledgeable.

Eddie took my dog in for eight weeks, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Eddie helped me understand my dog, took the time to educate and answer any questions I had throughout the entire process.Before training, my dog struggled with reactivity and I truly believed he would never be able to safely be around people without a muzzle. It felt limiting and honestly discouraging at times. Eddie not only worked on the behaviors, he worked on my dog’s confidence. That was the biggest shift.He taught him structure, better boundaries, and how to regulate himself instead of reacting to everything around him. The change wasn’t just surface level obedience. It was a mindset shift in my dog. He’s calmer, more secure, and able to be around people in a way I didn’t think would ever be possible.I feel like I finally have my dog back. Truly.We have a former toy poodle rescue named Dolly whom we love beyond measure. She came from a puppy mill background, and we were told her previous owners were severely negligent. As a result, Dolly came to us already a few years old without any foundational training. Potty training was a constant struggle, and she displayed intense fear-based aggression, barking uncontrollably at strangers. After years of trying our best and feeling like we were failing her, we reached out to Eddie with my wife in tears and feeling hopeless.From the very first meeting, Eddie was warm, patient, and incredibly understanding. He immediately recognized that Dolly needed work, but more importantly, he approached her with compassion and confidence. we met eddie when he trained our dog lucy. that was about 3 years ago. since then, eddie has taken care of lucy when ever we go on short trips. lucy seems happy when she sees eddie. and we feel comfortable leaving lucy with eddie. eddie is responsible, thoughtful and professional at what he does.
