They're very friendly & helpful. The price is better than quite a few other storage locations as well. There's plenty of security cameras on-site, lighting, & a gate code is assigned upon registration. The location is easy to access. They even called me after I got everything set up there to make sure I didn't have any issues.

This storage facility has new ownership and new management and they have made this the best place to rent/store in Seguin. Great pricing, clean, dry, and secure. They also offer paved parking. Nice job.

So far satisfied with the security of my RV in the storage lot no one has tampered or caused any issue. When I did have a concern, the operator was able to reach out to me. Same day within minutes was very helpful and resolved my issue immediately the facility does look well maintained and I’ve had no issue at this point and do not anticipate any as well. Thank you Mantador self storage for allowing me to store my RV on your lot.
