What a wonderful place! The cottages are so beautiful, and the grounds are absolutely immaculate. John and Sandra are incredible hosts so attentive and thoughtful. They have everything, both inside and out, in flawless condition. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Staying at cottage #1 can be summed up in two words: Pure Bliss...the grounds are absolutely stunning...I felt transported back to a time when life was much simpler...Sandy and John felt like old friends....easy access to kayaks and paddle boards on the grounds...amazing beaches and wineries close by....this in NOT a "Hamptons" vacation....this is a place to regroup and connect with family...We had our own little oasis...screened in porch which became our "spot"....grilling with charcoal brought back a smell that reminded me of my childhood...pet friendly( We've never seen our dog so relaxed)and zero traffic to deal with...."On The Dock" restaurant/ marina provided us with a quick place to grab a bite with food that far exceeded our expectations! and the sunflower fields and farmsteads!!! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at J&S Cottages and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Southold area. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, but still close to the wineries, restaurants, shops, and everything else the North Fork has to offer. The property is absolutely beautiful, they have plenty of things to do on the water that’s right outside the cottages. The owners Sandy & John were welcoming, responsive, and made the entire stay easy from start to finish. It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Had the pleasure of staying here last night and it truly is a treasure. Sandy and John are the sweetest and most accommodating people. The cottages were so clean and the view was incredible. I will 100% be coming back to stay.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at these cottages several times, and every visit has been just as special as the last. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and sense of serenity make it incredibly difficult to leave.Whether you’re fishing off the docks, relaxing with a good book, or simply taking a walk around the property to enjoy the gorgeous flowers and scenery, there’s something here for everyone. It’s the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and appreciate nature.More than anything, these cottages have become a true home away from home for our family. Every stay gives us the opportunity to reconnect, spend quality time together, and create memories we’ll always cherish. We can’t recommend this place highly enough, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
