Extremely poor service for long time customers. Been w this company for years, was happy w them. But over the past 6 months, scooper had been awful. 2-3 minutes in years for pick up for 3 big dogs. Now, Skipped my service for 5+ weeks in the dead of summer, and continued to charge me, refusing to refund me for service not provided. Beware of this company.

I had a great experience! I needed help in a pinch. In one day of sending a request, I was booked for that day! You can receive text updates, which was so helpful with my schedule as I couldn't be home. I highly recommend and will use the service again!

This service is great. We have three dogs and got behind on cleaning our backyard after cold weather and some hard times. Our yard was BAD! They came the same week I made an inquiry and cleaned the yard so well. We are so relieved and happy with the services - as are our dogs!

I called on Monday and they came out on Wednesday, Carlos did a wonderful job and got it all cleaned up in hardly any time, I haven’t been able to get out to clean up due to a broken foot and work, I look forward to seeing them again in a week. I really had high hopes for this company. I signed up on a Monday afternoon for service twice a week. I sent a message and asked when I could expect service to begin. By Tuesday afternoon I still had not heard anything so I began calling and only got a recording and an automated text. I replied and explained we had company coming in and was hoping to have the initial cleaning done by Friday. Tuesday evening I got a text saying the would reach out Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with nothing being heard. It is now Thursday and I called again and finally got in touch with someone only to be told the closest person is 30min from me and would not be able to come before tomorrow. Additionally the twice a week service would not be possible because there is only someone within 5-10min of me once week. Was really hoping this would be a good alternative but it seems like the website promotes options they can’t deliver.
