Extremely poor service for long time customers. Been w this company for years, was happy w them. But over the past 6 months, scooper had been awful. 2-3 minutes in years for pick up for 3 big dogs. Now, Skipped my service for 5+ weeks in the dead of summer, and continued to charge me, refusing to refund me for service not provided. Beware of this company.

I had a great experience! I needed help in a pinch. In one day of sending a request, I was booked for that day! You can receive text updates, which was so helpful with my schedule as I couldn't be home. I highly recommend and will use the service again!
