Communication is great, technician called me to let me know he was on site and entering the yard. Secured everything when he was done.

I called on Monday and they came out on Wednesday, Carlos did a wonderful job and got it all cleaned up in hardly any time, I haven’t been able to get out to clean up due to a broken foot and work, I look forward to seeing them again in a week. Wednesday came and went with nothing being heard. It is now Thursday and I called again and finally got in touch with someone only to be told the closest person is 30min from me and would not be able to come before tomorrow. Additionally the twice a week service would not be possible because there is only someone within 5-10min of me once week. Was really hoping this would be a good alternative but it seems like the website promotes options they can’t deliver. Less
