UPDATE: I WOULD ONLY CALL DISCOUNT GARAGE DOORS. WE SPOKE IN PERSON, ESTAVAN CAME OUT FOR LUBRICATION AND CHECK UP. We checked answering sevice and it is working. We checked it twice for scheduling... Monday. They are worth the effort. No upsetting on long term contracts. No Charges for quotes ... if service is declined. My 2 doors are are in excellent condition.NOTE ,l leaving the early review.... but I spoke to owner answering service has been addressed. Give them a call.Can't be beat!!!@I'm very disappointed to have to write a review of Discount Door - garage door service. I have used them sucessfully on 2 residences. However, when a small Bus. puts a BOT -- AI Agent in charge of all calls and ignores the follow up of a customer's request for appointment. Then I feel it's my responsibility to owner and other customers to not waste your time. The BOT agent is polite -- but clearly uncapable of assisting in getting service -- says we'll schedule you soon. But doesn't. 1 week wait without contact w/ a person is unacceptable & no service apptmt.If you can get an apptmt,. past or from the BOT good. I can not. I will happily update this review --- if I make contact w/ Dis. Doors.

I recently had a garage door opener installed at my home in Marana. The technician showed up on time, walked me through my options and began installation. Within an hour and a half the door was professionally installed and programmed to the remote. We performed the safety check together to make sure the door would stop and the sensors were working.
