Hi, my name is Steven and I came to CarTronix because my suspension still felt off after spending over $2,000 at other shops with no real fix—I was beyond frustrated. Not only did they finally solve the issue and make my car drive the way a Lexus should, but they also did an oil change, resurfaced my rotors without me even asking, and fixed my tire pressure monitor for a really great price. The difference was night and day. Their owner, Carlos, is amazing—he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in delivering quality work. Not just tires! Toyota Tundra that we had a lot of work done at the Toyota dealership. Weird loud squeaking that Toyota said not to worry about, and no matter the videos we sent them or even test driving there -- none of their mechanics would address it much less fix. Carlos and his personnel identified and fixed it almost immediately! (Grease needed on ball bearings on a part that the dealership had done.) Toyota was pressuring us to buy new tires but guess who got our business? Cartronix and am I glad we did. My husband had wanted new rims for a long time so we did those as well. Carlos patiently went through the selection so that it matched my husband's wishes and now our sturdy solid Tundra looks better than it has in years -- and without the crazy squeaking -- and is a pleasure to drive. I regret not doing a before picture but I didn't realize what a huge difference the new rims and tires would make to the overall look of our truck. Including the after photo.My husband says we are not going back to Toyota because Cartronix also does oil changes and repairs that Toyota did, and does it better. He says he has a new home :)
