If you're dealing with TMJ disorder, neck and shoulder pain, or headaches, I cannot recommend Crystal enough! She is a physical therapist who specializes in Craniosacral therapy, and she has been a lifesaver for me.Crystal is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer my questions and explain how everything is connected. Plus, she gives great, practical tips and exercises to do at home. On top of being a total expert, she has the best "bedside manner"—she is warm, patient, and easy to talk to. If you are struggling with chronic pain or jaw issues, definitely go see her!

I give my highest recommendation to Family Chiropractic and Wellness. I walked in about 6 weeks ago for the first time. I had shooting pain down my right arm and was unable to sleep. My issues had been gradually increasing for months.The first thing I noticed was the friendliness of all and their collaborative efforts to relieve my pain. They have tons of dispersed skills/knowledge, and relied heavily on communication to individualize a plan just for me.I can't tell you I was pain free after my first visit. In fact, day one was talking, imagining and diagnostics. However, they invited me back the next day to discuss the plan they had worked out for me and begin treatment. Even as we talked, I felt included in the planning rather than it being prescribed.I did get some relief from the initial treatment and that continued through the following weeks.
