No managing team has ever made support feel so available and important, anytime I have troubles or questions the Salem branch is always quick to connect with me and figure out whatever is needed. This is by far the best in-home care company I’ve came across because of the true passion and care that comes from the office to ensure all clients are cared for and HCP’s feel supported and prepared. Ashley and Sydney are always on it if I need something and I love my clients. The AI system can either make your life easy at times or well that would be the biggest complaint is the AI system doesn't listen sometimes but other than that amazing company to work for!!!

So much good to say I don’t even know where to start so first I will speak on how the staff (especially Scott and Abram) care about their clients.As a current employee, it’s undeniable that they genuinely care about the well-being of all of the clients. They want all their clients to be treated with the upmost respect. They show genuine, great concern about companionship and their mental health.
