I Contracted with FRHC in mid May, 2026, to care for my ailing brother who has a catastrophic neurodegenerative disease. He has chosen to live in his home, the management has established an excellent, consistent schedule of physically and mentally strong personnel to provide pretty much around the clock care. My brother is content, comfortable, and does not worry about those attending to him.I appreciate the strong relationship with hospice, and physicians at the University of Washington who are responsible for looking after my brother..There are a few obstacles that FRHC has been unable to surmount, and overall, as an observer and the fiscally responsible party, I’m pleased with the level of care provided and its consistency. Is it perfect? No, it is not, but as a professional in the health sciences, I’ve seen all strata of care, and this provider meats are exceeds my expectations in virtually all parameters.

I generally like this company. People are friendly and the shifts are very flexible to fit my schedule. It’s just very frustrating that it’s hard to contact the office when you need help.
