Good flexibility on time If youre in schoo. If dont have permanent clients then schedule could be all over the place. Management is okay, has gotten better then from when I started.

My Caregiver from this company, Summer Laycock, was the best Caregiver I've had so far. I was really lucky to have her come to my home and provide care for me a few times a week. As an adult with physical disabilities and chronic medical issues, I'm often nervous about having young caregivers because I'm not elderly, but Summer made me feel very comfortable, she was easy to get along with, easy to talk to & express myself about my particulars & my pickiness without feeling at all uncomfortable about it. Summer was A self-starter as well She would take care of things that she knew I wanted taking care of even before I said it at times.. She was also extremely fast and through while still doing an excellent job at all of her tasks. She also did wonderful cooking for me, since meal prep is something that I have a hard time doing, her food was always tasty, even though she's a bit young, she seems to have lots of experience with preparing good tasting food! :) She seems to do more than just the basic stuff when she's working, she will take care of all the things that she thinks needs to be taken care of rather than just doing the minimum until it's time to go, she did all she could just to help me out when I wanted to get certain things done, she is just great at her job, & a joy to be around.. I really appreciated having a great caregiver like her, and I hope that I get another one just as good for the future.. Sadly for now she's moving to a different area so somebody else in need will get to benefit from her wonderfulness! But I had a really great experience through this company, with Summer L. Thank you!

Family Resource is a great company. I am very happy with the service and care I receive. Paula is my primary caregiver and she goes out of her way to make me happy and feel comfortable. I am happy with everything that she does and is an excellent cleaner. Family Resource tries to accommodate me and has the best service out there. They are very good people. I am happy with all the caregivers that they send me.

Decent place to work of you are first getting into caregiving. Managers can be kind of hit or miss. Communication is often very rough and you may need to remind them that you are currently on your vacation and can't come into work. One really nice benefit is the training/certification reimbursement
