Truly a tremendous organization. From the management staff, to the caregivers, everyone has been exceptional. We have been with Family Resource for over 2 years, 7 days a week caring for my 97 year old mom 13 hours a day. Her care is in her assisted living apartment. From bathing, bathroom needs, dressing, daily cleansing to taking her in her wheel chair to the dining or activity room to helping with appointments, I can count on her caregivers 100% that they are helping mom and doing a great job. I will add that shortly upon being with mom, they are like sisters to mom and all feel like extended family. It is truly peace of mind for our family knowing our loved one is in good hands. Also, the caregivers have never missed a day thanks to the great management team and how organized the company is. We have NEVER been left out in the cold and that includes holidays. Mom has always been staffed. Management has great communication with myself both by phone and their excellent web site. I also depend on the caregivers to let me know what supplies to get for mom. They do a great job keeping me posted be it supplies or daily needs that occasionally arise. I highly recommend Family Resource for caring for your family member.
