I was on a 4 hr long drive to the cabin and I got a flat about 3 hrs in. It can be scary being in an unknown place and calling a service to come help but wow this was the best case scenario. The owner picked up the phone in a few rings (mind you it was 7:30pm on a sunday) and came right to me. He was able to quickly switch my tire to the spare and gave me recommendations on where to get a new one once I made it to my destination. He was kind, genuine and helpful in a stressful situation. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks again!
