I've been going to her for years, and even though I don't live in Boise anymore, I still wait and schedule my appointments when I'm back in town because there's nobody else I'd rather trust with my brows.Yes, her work is amazing, my powder brows always look beautiful, natural, and heal so well! AND what truly sets her apart is who she is as a person. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She takes her time, answers questions, makes sure you're comfortable, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell she wants you to love your results just as much as she loves creating them.She has the kindest spirit and such a calming, welcoming presence. Every appointment feels like catching up with a friend who also happens to be incredibly talented at what she does. Whenever I reach out and tell her I'll be in town, she always does her best to fit me in, and I appreciate that so much.In a world where great customer service seems to have disappeared, she goes above and beyond.
