Every project I have done with Mr. Bernier has carried the hallmark of creativity, quality, and timeliness. He demonstrates integrity and service in all his work. Most important to me, he follows through on the small tasks with the same level of commitment as the large projects, so I have to chase down very few details, if any. I am not an easy client, living in Virginia most of the year, but Mr. Bernier gives my unique lake front site the same care and attention that I would, with a weather eye to environmental concerns and keen insights into sustainable landscape.
