Excellent!! Highly recommended l! Spent over 2 hours on initial visit spraying inside and all crevices, along with the exterior of the house. Have had many pest companies including the one that advertises they spray into the “walls” and none have actually asked to open the garage and treat it. Makes sense…. They Also treated all along the driveway and sidewalks for ants and bugs…Also hands down great customer service. From front office to their report that you receive post treatment, they go into great detail. Highly recommend Pest Me Off!!

I recently began service with Pest Me Off. I moved from Virginia, where I had pest control services with EcoShield Pest Control. I used them for 6 years and had nothing but a positive experience. Thus, I reached out to EcoShield in Plano to set up service. It was an utter nightmare of incompetence, extraordinarily deficient Customer Service & outright dishonesty with several versions of Contracts they asked me to sign. After having my initial appointment summarily canceled, without notification the day of my first appointment & continued with issues regarding the contact details, I concluded the Plano Office was being deceptive. Additionally, their pricing structure was so much more expensive for my new property, which was half the size of the home & lot I owned in Virginia. It didn't make any sense the more I thought about it. I was left feeling angry & disappointed with EcoShield of Plano.I then began to research other Pest Control Services. I came across Pest Me Off. I researched their reputation & went on multiple sites to read Customer Reviews. It was a reshing experience & totally opposite that of EcoShield. I initially spoke with Keegan. He was very honest, helpful & kind. He completely explained their services, as it related to my concerns & the treatment options available. He gave me several choices. I felt extremely comfortable with their pricing structure & chose to have an inspection performed & move forward with treatment.Jordan was the service professional who performed the inspection & pest treatment. He was thorough, professional, kind & helpful. He reviewed his assessment, following his inspection, & provided me with his service recommendations regarding my concerns. I was satisfied with what he proposed, as well as the initial pest treatment he performed. I was given an estimate for Wildlife Lock Out & Exclusion Services, which was affordable & reasonable.After being taken advantage of in Virginia, by multiple unscrupulous Contractors & Vendors, I've become more cautious in selecting service providers. Which was my reason for backing away from EcoShield of Plano. I'm completely comfortable with Pest Me Off & belive them to be upfront & honest. They aren't pushy about signing you up for treatments you don't need or want. They were very responsive & put me on their schedule immediately. Customer Service is a huge factor for me. Both Keegan & Jordan excelled in this area. I would highly recommend using Pest Me Off. (FYI - My pricing structure included additional services requested, based on prior experiences at multiple homes, which had a variety of issues. I wanted to be proactive and guard against these experiences occurring at my present property.)

I can’t say enough great things about Pest Me Off! I was dealing with an early stage carpet beetle infestation, and it was honestly overwhelming. We had a contract with a different well known pest control company who failed to determine the source of the problem, and also refused to treat it. However, from the very first call, Pest Me Off was extremely responsive, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Keagan helped me to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day and made sure the owner knew all the details.What really stood out was their level of commitment. The owner, Ryan, personally came out three separate times to make sure the problem was completely taken care of. That kind of hands-on service is rare these days, and it made a huge difference in my peace of mind.They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly (including pictures, videos, and a very thorough service report) of the completed service, and went above and beyond to ensure my home was fully treated and protected.
