We’ve just completed a full house renovation and used Plumleys for all of our bathrooms. From start to finish, Nick and the team were incredibly helpful, offering great advice and guidance while we worked through all the decisions that come with a renovation. The customer service was excellent throughout. On the rare occasion something arrived differently than expected, they sorted it out quickly and without any hassle. They offer a great range of quality products at affordable prices, proving you don’t need to go to an expensive, high-end bathroom showroom to create a fantastic bathroom. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plumleys.

The reason that you should use Nick, John and the Plumleys team isn’t just the service you get when you’re chosing bathroom fittings but it’s about the excellent after sales service. After a large refurb with 2 complete new bathrooms I can honestly say don’t shop anywhere else! With a big project there are always things that need after sale attention and how that is dealt with really is the true measure of a company.Thank you to Plumleys for delivering my beautiful Roper Rhodes bathrooms!I couldn’t speak more highly of the team who ensured the project went smoothly within my timeframes. It’s not a surprise you’ve got lots of 5 star reviews here. Well done!Mrs H.

I recently used Plumleys for the complete replacement of two bathrooms in my home, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, all of the staff were incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about their products. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their guidance made the whole process so much easier.Their pricing is also very competitive, which was a huge bonus given the quality of the products and service provided. What really stood out to me, though, was their exceptional after-sales service. It’s rare these days to find a company that continues to offer such a high level of care once the purchase is complete, but Plumleys truly go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. In a world where so much of the buying process is online and often impersonal, it was refreshing and memorable to receive such genuine, human customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional plumbers merchant and bathroom showroom.

I am not a plumber but attempt basic odd jobs around my house. I went in today for probably the 6th time since they’ve been around. Every single time I’ve gone in, the guys in there have been super helpful, full of good advice and ideas. I feel fortunate to have this shop locally

Excellent service, friendly polite staff and top products. I went in there for the first time this week looking for some small items. Gentleman who served me could not have been more polite and really helpful, ended up buying more than things I went in for.Highly recommended.

Plumleys is a real asset to Petts Wood. The staff are friendly and really helpful with any queries about the type of plumbing supplies you need, and will advise accordingly so you don't make any expensive mistakes! Jon in particular went above and beyond when sourcing our wish-list of items for a new bathroom and en-suite 😃

I popped in today to try and source some awkward replacement shower seals. The guys in the shop were so friendly and helpful, ordering in what I needed and managed to find what they had in stock. They were also super kind to my little toddler. What a lovely local place!

Amazing service and communication. I ordered a shower panel from Plumleys and they gave me a call on the same day to check whether I was happy to collect it the next day, as stock would arrive the next day. After confirming, they called me the next day as promised, to let me know that it had arrived. It arrived quickly with no issues and Plumleys kept me informed throughout the whole process, unlike other companies, particularly the larger ones. The shower panel was also cheaper at Plumleys than other stores, despite it being the same model and make.I often only give reviews when I am highly disappointed, but in this case, the service was exceptional and I couldn't not give 5 stars! Thank you Plumleys, please keep up the amazing work!

Plumleys have been extremely helpful throughout the process of buying a range of bathroom items. From helpful advice (without pushy sales) on our initial visit as a family to their shop, through to excellent customer service when there were issues with some items (through no fault of theirs) over the period of having the bathroom fitted. I would definitely use them again in future if / when the need arises and would strongly recommend them as a wise choice for anyone considering a new bathroom.

Such a friendly helpful shop. I went in with a bit of pipe that had detached from my bath and no idea how to fix it. They explained which part needed replacing and showed me how it worked so I could do it myself at home. Pipe replaced and no more leaks!!! Thank you so much

After moving into my new flat and ordering a dishwasher I discovered that I needed a splitter for two disposal pipes so the dishwasher could sit next to the washing machine.Knowing absolutely. I thing about plumbing or installing such things, I rang up Plumleys to try and get some help. After talking to John on the phone I emailed him some photos of what I was trying to achieve and he responded very quickly with the part that I needed.I headed down to the store and was received with a warm welcome and a shop full of staff who were happy to help. They got me the part I needed and took me through all the steps and details I would need to know to do the job.I found the staff to be very welcoming jolly friendly and overall patient. The gentleman who took me through the installation process was very knowledgable and detailed in his approach to his explanation.5* for a brilliant experience, customer service and without their help or knowledge I wouldn’t of been able to do the job, so thank you very much.
