Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!Dr. Real Estate, Ryan Dvorak, is an exceptional Real Estate Agent. As a first time homebuyer, we had little to no idea what we were doing. Ryan did an amazing job of walking us through the whole process from beginning to end. He listened to us in what we were looking for and found us the perfect home, it truly was love at first sight. Ryan was always responsive, he kept us updated and informed every step of the way. He anticipated any roadblocks or negotiations, making what could have been a difficult close feel completely seamless. We are so grateful to be in our home today because of Ryan Dvorak. If we could give more than five stars we would. Highly recommend.

I am incredibly glad I reached out to Dr Real Estate to support me in renting my rental unit. Dr Real Estate (Ryan) supported me through the whole experience including listing the property, showing the property and creating a lease. He is kind, patient and great at communicating. He also went above and beyond. Thanks to his hard work I've found a great tenant. 10/10!

Ryan made the whole process simple and easy to understand. After just one strategy meeting, I felt way more confident about what I should be looking for in an investment property and why. No pressure - just clear, honest guidance.

Meeting Ryan was a completely different experience than I expected. I came in thinking I just needed help finding an investment property, but he took the time to understand my goals and build an actual strategy around them.He broke down what makes a deal good or bad, what to focus on, and what to avoid. without any pressure. By the end of the meeting, I had real clarity and felt confident moving forward. If you’re serious about investing and want someone who actually knows what they’re doing, Ryan is definitely worth talking to.

Working with Ryan at Dr Real Estate has been great. He clearly understands investment real estate and focuses on long-term value, not just closing deals. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and thinks like an investor, which gives me a lot of confidence moving forward. I’m looking forward to working with him on future deals.
