We had put off re-roofing our house for a very long time because I had planned on doing the work myself, but when it became clear that I was never actually going to get to it, it was time to call a professional roofer. So I got quotes from a half-dozen companies. They all seemed like they'd do a good job, but I ultimately decided to go with Solarado. They had recently re-roofed our neighbor's house, and I was impressed with how quickly they'd done the job; plus our neighbor spoke highly of them. I was also impressed with how responsive Solarado's owner, Andrew Dodd, was when it came to answering my questions and bringing out shingle samples. Once we decided to go with Solarado, we were able to get the project scheduled about three weeks out. When the actual job started, Solarado performed like complete professionals. They completed the job on time and within the budget even though our house threw them some curveballs. It rained a week after they finished the job, and I'm happy to say that there was not a single drop of water to be found anywhere in the attic! I hired Solarado Roofing to replace my roof and to do so they had to remove and reinstall solar panels too. They made it very easy from start to finish and each day would clean everything up so well I didn’t have to worry about any debris around the perimeter being a hazard for our dog. Andrew was so professional and stayed a part of the project from the initial inspection, the quote, selections, progress inspections and final sign off. He kept my stress over having all this work done to a minimum. He’s calm and cool and so knowledgeable! His solar guys were great. Glen did such a perfect job cleaning the panels after that they look brand new. We choose a white shingle and it looks so clean and perfectly installed. Andrew came out every day to insure his crews work was high quality. He’d send me video clips of the progress by his drone footage. I was most impressed.
