I am writing a review for Solarado Roofing because they go out of their way to provide superb, conscientious work above and beyond any company I have encountered in my 74 years of life. In 2023 I hired them to repair and resurface our home's roof. It was time. They efficiently came, worked diligently in a timely manner and did an excellent job. The price was fair and we were very happy.This last March of 2025, our home insurance company sent a drone to take aerial shots of homes they insured and notified us that we needed to cut back any overhanging branches above our roof and had concerns about pooling and ponding on our new roof based on some dark streaks that naturally occurred in the wear of a light flat roof. There were NO problems on the roof; we once again had it inspected and written up to verify its excellent condition, but the insurance company kept remarking that darker areas on the roof's surface concerned them and so they were not willingly to renew our policy.In my distress I called Solarado and asked them if they could come and power wash the roof in a desperate attempt to appeal to the insurance company. Time was very limited as our policy was being rescinded in a few days.This fabulous company came in the very next day to help us, power washed the entire roof which took more than 6 hours, did a beautiful job and DID NOT charge us one penny for this service. This is the kind of care and customer service you just don't see these days. We were blown away by their care, kindness, and of course, expertise. If you are looking for a wonderful roofing/solar company, this is the ONLY one you want to go with!!Thank you Roberto and the team. We are so grateful!!!!

Just had our roof and solar replaced with Solarado and I can’t say enough great things about the company, the work they do, and their customer service both during the job and even after the work was completed. Everyone was kind, professional and thorough. They explained things in detail so we could make fair comparisons of their quote with the other companies we contacted. They gave me all the information and time I needed to make an informed decision and were never pushy. Their prices were fair and reasonable, every person on every crew working at our home was professional & respectful, they started and completed the jobs within the timelines quoted and checked in with me frequently to ensure I was happy.
