The dispatchers (Sam was who I dealt with) and the technician Ryan were above and beyond.Ryan is obviously very passionate about his job and customer satisfaction. Quick to explain absolutely everything and anything. His work is impeccable and at the end of the job he left the areas cleaner than when he arrived. Very personable.I would recommend Hubbard to anyone, including family, friends and seniors. Zero up-sale, in fact found components that were to be replaced were under warranty. The office staff dealt with the manufacturer on our behalf.Would rate 10/5 if possible.
