I am a physiotherapist myself not working anymore. I have recently attended appointment twice with a physiotherapist here. Excercise recommended by therpaist were good.But sorry to say no hands on treatment was provided whatsoever in 1st appointment, in second appointment, i requested for dry needling in this session.I specifically told Physio, to target upper traps of neck lateral sides. Physio, targeted lavetar scap. But to my surprise even after repeated requested therapist didnt target the right muscles even when I was the one explaining. There was not even a single muslce muscle twitch, not even a single trigger point was targeted during needling. I dont know if it was intentional as a institute policy, to make sure patients keeps coming again and again, or else its a compitancy issue or honest mistake. I am intentionally not naming the therapist.
