Our builder never had installed our roof correctly. Since before we moved in we had brought issues to the builder regarding our roof. They just kept reassuring us that "it would get fixed". We complained consistently for 9 years over and over and got no results out of them, just half-hearted attempts to "repair" throughout the 9 years. As we expected, the roof finally completely failed in spring 2025 (in only 9 years mind you) and the insurance company was able to pick up the claim. After so many other companies had come in through the years to do these half-hearted repairs, we had very little trust in any of the other local companies but then we had Raby roofing come and inspect and it was a night and day experience. The comfort level, the professionalism, and the expertise just left us feeling totally confident in their approach. They did a full roof replacement, and even had to remove several sheets of rotted plywood from under the shingles that were never adhered. Our roof looks amazing and it sounds crazy, but when it rains, it almost feels like it sounds different. We are confident that this roof is going to last a long time and keep us protected from the elements (as a roof should). Not only did they "right a wrong" but they did better than we could have ever imagined. We can finally feel comfortable in our home. Thank you Raby roofing. You will never understand how truly grateful we are for all you did to make this nightmare end.
