It’s an incredible place; every day is different, so you never get bored with the same old basic exercises. The coaches are always there to guide you, and both fellow members and instructors create a very welcoming atmosphere. I’ve never experienced an environment like this, where everyone encourages you to keep going—it’s wonderful. It is simply the best choice if you want to enjoy your daily workouts. Joining the Kryptonite Gym has been one of the best decisions I have made in recent years. It’s coming up on a couple of months since I started and it’s been kicking my butt in all of the right ways. Being brand new to CrossFit, I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into and while I felt a bit anxious by the uncertainty of it all, the gym community alone has been nothing short of super supportive and encouraging from the moment I walked in.Mariana and her staff of highly skilled and experienced trainers do a truly wonderful job of meeting you where you’re at and guiding you through every step with attention to detail and proper technique to maximize your workout and time in the gym. Even in these early stages, It feels so good to come away from each workout feeling a sense of empowerment and accomplishment. What a great gym! I had been looking to get back into CrossFit, and this location is much more convenient to my home than my previous one. I'm so glad I found it!The gym is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the community is incredibly warm and welcoming. Mariana is the BEST! I joined CrossFit Kryptonite to stay in shape and get even stronger while on summer break away from college. I am on the Auburn Equestrian team and while I am away from school, I wanted to continue a routine to make sure I went back in the fall fully confident and ready to succeed. I love that there are plenty of class times to attend to make sure you can get your workout in no matter what you may have going on that day! I also love that my fellow classmates push me to do better every day. Mariana has made a huge difference in my training and I am extremely excited to see what I can continue to accomplish throughout the remainder of the summer!

I joined for the hyrox classes and wow did they make a difference. My vo2 always hovered around 50 but after 3 months i am up to 55, thank you to crossfit kryptonite. Also what a great group of people!

I’ve been going to this CrossFit gym for over a month now, and it’s been an amazing experience! The coaches are super knowledgeable and really supportive, and the members are so friendly and welcoming. The workouts are intense but really rewarding. I leave feeling stronger every time. I am loving my CrossFit experience! At 54 I decided to challenge myself to something new and what a wonderful challenge it has been. This is all new to me and Marianna has been great! I have no idea how to lift weights, posture, motion etc. but Marianna has stuck with me every step of the way. And what a great atmosphere! Everyone is so nice and encouraging. I highly recommend!

Great gym for a drop-in, got quick responses from the coaches about scheduling, Coach Marianne was great at walking through the movements and coming up with modifications as needed. Everyone in the class was very welcoming and helpful. Workout was a medley of Hero workouts - left me completely gassed. Would definitely recommend!
