I had an amazing experience at this place. I broke down a few miles down the road searched online and I called multiple shops and everyone said they cant even look at the vehicle for a few days. I called Monroe and I spoke with Jose and he said he can get me right in. To my surprise the shop was so full but he proceeded to pull my car around and git me back on the road same day. Thank you Jose and the Monroe Team .

I tend to work on my own vehicles, and when changing my brake pads I removed all of the lugs from the wheels... except for one. I realized the same tool I used for all the ones before didn't fit this one and final lug nut. When I called and asked how much they would charge to take it off. I was pleasantly surprised when they said just come in and let's see if we can take it off. They did. Easy. Didn't charge me either. A simple conversation with them told me they're very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for nothing in return.

I am extremely impressed in many important ways. I had great interaction with Jose and he was very personable and polite. And he absolutely knew how to treat a valued customer even though I was brand new...and had a cheapie GroupOn. The facility was impressive, you'll see. They serve fleet vehicles which experience massive equipment failures and even full overhauls. I was very impressed at the modern shop very much! I was given a quote that I will return to take advantage of.I think I found a shop i can trust.The waiting room(s) were excellent, I absolutely could take a nap in those brand new supple leather sofas!Good Job Monre 👏!

Daniel helped me out tremendously, came in for an oil change & they provided me with a full vehicle inspection- no pressure to get any other work done besides my oil change, although I did end up paying $15 for a filter since it was so cheap! I was weary (having a hybrid) of taking my car anywhere but a dealership for maintenance because everyone kept telling me to do that but this company cleared my worries :) !

First mechanic I can confidently say that are reliable and trustworthy! I came in for an oil change, a coolant flush, and brake pads and rotor change. The men here were friendly, professional, and transparent with you for the entire process. I was recommended by a family member, and despite how far they were, I am willing to make the drive here for future auto repairs! I really recommend this shop!Update 03/05/2026: This is my go-to shop after having repairs done here. They work with you throughout the process and make things fair across the board. I cannot recommend this shop and the team enough!
