From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt like something you’d expect at a five-star resort! The entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience.I was especially nervous about bringing in my high-end black garments because my previous dry cleaner always returned them with exposed white fibers. The Sudsies team took the time to explain what was likely causing the issue and even suggested a service to help prevent it in the future.When I picked up my clothes there wasn’t a single white fiber in sight. It’s clear they take pride in both their craftsmanship and their customer experience. I won’t be taking my clothes anywhere else!

I’ve been using Sudsies for years and find their service to be excellent!!! They are timely and extremely easy to communicate with. Most importantly, they take incredible care of my dry cleaning and wash and fold. Everything comes back in pristine condition! Highly recommend!!
