My husband had a very difficult road at the end of his life and being able to get care in our home made his departure so much more pleasant for both of us! Our Healthcare workers were rays of sunshine every time they came! And my husband and I enjoyed a much more normal lifestyle than if he'd been anywhere else - we still shared a bed, cooked together, even went out together once in a while! Sure, his situation was terminal and there were hospital stays and surgeries but I don't believe we would have had the last 3 years together if it wasn't for the care and emotional support we received from Signature and their staff! I am deeply grateful for their skills and their emotional support as well. We were able to truly enjoy every moment we had because we were in our home and except for regular doctor appointments or emergencies, we were happy and grateful for every moment. We truly enjoyed the company of the staff that came to our home - they made us laugh, they told us precisely how to do things we could manage on our own and were always available if we were uncertain whether a specific situation meant we should go to the hospital. Signature has an AMAZING staff - well trained, professional, compassionate and more. My deepest gratitude for all the laughter and compassion we received and for enabling us to enjoy each other's company in our home till the very end.

I had a very positive experience with all the personnel at Home Health Services. For two months I had in home PT with Brian and Craig who gave and supervised exercises to strengthen my broken leg. Both men were a delight to work with and I looked forward to seeing them each week because they gave me hope for a speedy recovery.Also the office staff were friendly and helpful when I called the office.This was my first time using Home Health and have told all my friends about my wonderful two months of service.

I am so happy to have this agency for my care. They are competent, kind, and caring and each have their own gift of kindness and so very friendly. They arrive with a gift of providing care.Specifically, Tish. I was so troubled with a leaking ileostomy and my skin was so excoriated. She stopped all the leaking and had no further problems. Tish is the kindest nurse I have ever dealt with. I looked forward to her visits and her tremendous emotional support. I will forever hold her in my heart.Next is Tony my physical therapist. He is just a joy to be around and delivered wonderful care. He is full of knowledge and is a kind and compassionate young man.Next is April my occupational therapist. She too is kind and very competent showing many tips to enhance my care.Times I have had to call I reached such sweet and kind persons on the other end of the line that immediately met my needs.I rate this agency as 5 stars and highly recommend them for the stellar care they give.

I worked with Signature after my knee surgery. I would like to have Tony back up weekly for the rest of my days. He is very good. Well he should be, he's a doctor. Besides that, he's really handsome. I would recommend Signature Home Health.

We are just one week in on hospice . So far they are incredibly attentive. They do not waste time when medications are needed and doin reasonably quick on equipment we have needed keep my husband safe and ar at home where he wants to be.

I've had balance issues for years & have been addressed by other therapists with minimal results. This time, Mark introduced me to an exercise that I had not been given before. This is a long term one that builds leg muscles therefore less balance problems. The OT gave me pulmonary exercises that helped with a lung issue. The nurses were also fabulous & my results were excellent. A group of talented & compassionate employees!

Everybody I work with at signature home health was great. My only problem was at the end my wound care supplies quit coming and so I actually bought some myself. I don't even know why they weren't coming and the nurses didn't either.

Medford Signature Healthcare and the Department of Human Services have been lifesavers for my Loved One with dementia and a Godsend for me as the support person/POA. I regrettably do not reside locally due to extended family needing assistance a few hours away. Signature has assisted my Loved One to remain at home safely by sending Caregivers nearly every day to ensure that their needs are met and that they are safe. Signature’s Team of RN’s, Physical Therapists and At Home Caregivers have solved the problems they have had due to being a shut-in with health and significant memory issues. Before Signature’s Services, I was well on my way to major health problems due to stress, worry and autoimmune disorders. Now, my health is better and I am able to manage my Loved One’s affairs as POA and I have the reassurance that they are well cared for by competent, compassionate and empathetic Caregivers. Communication is key to coordinated patient care among Community Partners and Signature has been a proactive participant. The Caregivers are very dependable and have had great insight in this regard. I have nothing but gratitude and admiration for all that they have done on my and my Loved One’s behalf. A heartfelt “Thank you” to each and every once of them!
