Home Health has been a God send! Words can't express my gratitude for these wonderful people. From PT,OT, speech therapy. The heart and care the gave to my mom was so genuine. The support and encouragement they gave to me as I navigate this guy wrenching time with my family was absolutely wonderful.I hope one day hope to personally say thank you to each amazing person that has been on this journey with my family.

After major abdominal surgery, my oncologist connected me to Signature Home Health. They went the extra mile to make sure my PCP followed through on the referral to get me started. Every SHH staff member was professional, kind, caring, and beyond helpful. I know who to call in the future. I was very impressed.

The people were great, and the process was fairly straight forward.The practicioners are the strength of the program. The appointments are very fluid though, arranged by phone one day before they would like to come provide services. However, In cases where the patient was unavailable on such short notice they were flexible enough to get a timely follow up.

I cannot begin to describe the love, support, and encouragement provided by Signature Hospice for my Mom, who was already receiving excellent care in Assisted Living at Bonaventure of Albany. After a bad fall, we signed on with Signature - Erin, our caseworker and initially Mom's primary nurse was exceptional. The support of the CNAs such as Laura, the Chaplin, Sandy, social services worker, Carolyn, and Mom's nurse, Christian, were amazing. They not only looked after Mom but also provided support to me during extremely difficult times. After Mom's passing, the follow-up has continued with grief support services, and through Signature's Aftercare program. Natalie with Aftercare spent a lot of time both on the phone and through emails to provide support and recommendations on all of the logistics required, beyond settlement of the estate. I cannot recommend them highly enough - thank you all SO MUCH.

My father-in-law received hospice at home through Signature and everyone we dealt with was caring, sweet, and really took the time to get to know all of our needs. The nurses, bath aides, massage therapist, social Worker, etc, were so personable and really connected with us. My father-in-law was in hospice for 2.5 months and we all looked forward to the visits of each of the staff. I would recommend Signature 100%, to anyone looking for in-home hospice.

I am so thankful that I signed up for Signature Home Health & Hospice when I did thanks to input from one of the therapists who showed concern for my Mom. All of the nurses and therapists are so caring and compassionate about their patients and that meant a lot to me. The wound care nurses that have helped my Mom many times are the best, very skilled as well as compassionate. They give a lot of their time over and above what’s required. When my Mom passed away they were right there to take care of things and even helped me to make sure I contacted everyone that might need information, copies of the death certificate, etc. They were very thorough and helpful and caring! They made a stressful time less stressful! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Peter, my boyfriend's PT, was reliable, kind and understanding, as was the OT, Shareen. They assessed Doug's needs as an alzheimer's patient in a memory care home. After an illness he had become weak and unable to walk. Peter taught him to use a wheelchair and showed me how to help him use it and do excercises. They informed the nurse of his needs for socializing and excercise. They were very supportive and I highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with my health nurses at Signature. Each nurse that visited me cared about how I felt, they all were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my new colostomy. They helped me in deciding which bag would work for me and brought me samples. I felt comfortable enough with my team of nurses I could ask anything. Fantastic team! I couldn't have been happier with their services.

I utilized Signature Home Health for wounddressing changes and physical therapy. Physical therapy was great at providing exercise routines to improve my balance and strength. The nurses were pleasant and efficient at what they did however they only changed the dressings but didn't clean the skin and feet under the pressure wrap which had not been exposed for weeks.
