Gtr management and team are very nice and easy going landlord company. I've been renting a house for a few years and i love living here.I can be a bit much once i get anxious about something. Amy, Cam, Chwindle and team are never rude and always nice to me. Everytime they see me, they greet and welcome me with a smile and my name.from my experience, GTR always return a phone call and emails in a timely manner.They are great with maintaining the house especially when it comes to emergencies.Fortunatley, I'm moving to another state for great opportunity, and they gave me the time I asked for.Thank you for being awesome landlords through the years.
