That level of responsiveness is incredibly rare these days.They sent Josh out to look at our system, and he was a total professional from start to finish. He carefully and thoroughly diagnosed the issue, sadly discovering a severe condenser coil leak. Instead of making excuses or delaying, Josh went completely out of his way to run and grab the necessary supplies, returned promptly, and completed the entire repair and recharge right then and there. Throughout the whole visit, he took the time to explain the process and every step he was taking so we felt completely informed.For such a major breakdown, the quote they provided was incredibly **FAIR**. Thank goodness there are still companies like Morrison Mechanical that genuinely care about their customers, treat you like friends and neighbors, and refuse to price-gouge.You guys absolutely rock!
