Muhammad Ali (real name) was supernice and awesome to talk to!The tint turned out exactly like he explained because of the situation with my truck and I literally was out of there within 20 minutes. I thought that since I was only there for a short time the work would be shoddy but I was wrong! I would definitely refer anybody else that needs tint.Awesome experience, great quality work. Can't say enough good things.

I had a great experience with Black Optic Tint! The quality of the work was top-notch, and you can tell they really take pride in what they do. The tint came out clean, smooth, and professionally done with no shortcuts. The customer service was also excellent — everyone was respectful, helpful, and made sure I was satisfied with the final result. If you’re looking for quality work, professionalism, and great service, I definitely recommend Black Optic Tint. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would rate these guys 5 stars and here’s why my appointment was at 5 but I got there early he got my information and whatever I needed and got the keys got the car in. The guy mike that did the car was amazing customer service is out of the world for a first meet and he takes pride in whatever service is provided as you can see in his work. Would recommend everyone coming to black optix and would do it again.

Very disappointing experience. I called beforehand about a scratched window key letter “I” and was told I could get the tint replaced under the 200 warranty. I drove to the shop, explained what I was told, and was met with a completely different response. The employee I spoke with argued that they wouldn’t cover it and even asked, “Do you want me to give you some money?” which felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I understand policies can have limitations, but the communication over the phone should match what customers are told in person.I’ve shown love to this business, so this experience was disappointing. This is how they value you as a customer.

I had my car done on Friday and then noticed my back window tint had some defects. I am very pleased with how quickly they redid the tint on the back glass and now it looks good. I know some back windows can be a challenge and we all are not perfect but God. I would recommend Black Optix Tint to friends and family.
