Update: A Renu representative came out and recaulked our windows today. They also inspected them inside and out and do not believe that there is a moisture issue.Update: Renu reached out to us to schedule an appt next week to address our concerns. I will update this review once this is resolved satisfactorily.I had windows installed by this company in 2025. The crew that installed them left sticker residue on them. They were supposed to send someone out to clean them but never did. I dropped it because it wasn't that big of a deal. However, less than a year later, I noticed that the caulking around the windows is yellowing unevenly. This is possibly caused by moisture build up due to improper installation. I called the company multiple times, and each time, I am told that Destiny will call me to set up a service call to address the issue. I still have yet to hear from her (weeks since my first call).At this time, I cannot recommend this company. I am dreading knowing that they have likely caused thousands of dollars in damage to our house and won't even call me back despite having a warranty.

I don't usually answer the door for solicitors in the neighborhood, but I happened to be in the market and took a chance. Got an appointment setup talked the nitty gritty and I was sold. From day one the sales team was in touch and readily available even sent me cookies! Measurements were taken then windows were in the works during which time the sales team stayed in contact with me. Time came windows were ready! Fellas showed up promptly and began immediately had 3 windows done before I knew it. Both Adam and Eric were courteous and professional, felt like hanging with two of my buddies all day, super knowledgeable as well. Job completed 🙌 after they went thru cleaned up everything as if they were never here(side note they framed a window that was undone from years back no hassle). The windows fit, form, and function are top notch, really updated the look of my home and I can already see improvements with heating!I know home projects of this price and nature can be intimidating but with RENU it was a breeze and worry free! So all said and done if you're in the market for quality craftsmanship and service go with RENU 💪 Thanks again Noah and Stephanni🎉
