Very, very pleased with Sam, both as a business man and also as a craftsman. He was easy to communicate with, responding within a day of my first email, and then communicating easily after that to set up both the consult for measurement, and then the date for the installation.I initially asked just for a sliding screen door, but when he came to measure it, I also asked if he could look at my windows, which also didn't have screens. Ultimately, I hired him to do both. I felt the price was reasonable for custom-made screens and also a professional install. Sam is very friendly and easy to deal with.The installation went very smoothly, the screens and door fit perfectly, and I'm really happy. I would 100% recommend.
