We unexpectedly found toxic mold in our house and needed help. FCS Environmental recommended Blackwater Mold Pros to us and from the beginning these guys were friendly & professional. They came over to see what was going on and to do measurements and give us a quote. When we found out the leak was actually coming from our bathroom into the kitchen, I had them come back out to give us an additional quote *just* incase we needed to do the bathroom.They were patient with us in pushing out the date as we were navigating getting money from insurance to help cover a portion of it since this was so unexpected. As they were tearing things out, they also took photos for us of the damage so we had proof for insurance as well. They came and did the work for 2 days then left the air scrubbers in the house until we could get the mold testing company back out to clear us (which thankfully it passed and now we're starting repair). Included in the quote was all the demo, tools, team, and cleaning the house as well by hand & with a fog too. It's made a HUGE difference already!Noel, Claudius and team were all very friendly and accommodating. Hopefully we don't have mold again 🤣 but if we do, we'll have them help us again.
