YOU PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKESThis was one of the most horrible experiences. We had a house closing extended by several months because they kept messing up paperwork, reprinting, resigning, etc.Not only that but THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR MISTAKES. They had to resend paperwork because "the closing attorney's notes were hard to decipher" and added the cost of their time and mailing to MY BILL. Even at closing there were screw-ups where I had to send them more money and pay double the wire fee to do so.TLDR: Their inability to do their job and lack of accountability caused my estimated bill of $2,000 for their services to jump to $5,500.
