This my second visit with them. Jim, the owner is very fair and professional and knows his stuff! Tony the mechanic is a pro on Mercedes Benz and very much customer focused so the customer does not incur unnecessary expenses. Both make a great team and I highly recommend them for their expertise and experience and fair price.

I’d get an estimate from Jim and an estimate from Athens BMW. Jim’s prices were always much more reasonable. He did good work for a fair price.

I have known Tonyi for over 25 years and Jim for over 15. I am a BMW enthusiast and lover, and Athens import has been servicing my vehicles at least for the past 15 years. The prices are reasonable and they do excellent work or highly recommend.

Great service! Rather than charging me for something that may fix the problem, they only fixed what was absolutely necessary and took a wait-and-see approach rather than do all the possible things that could be wrong. They did this to make sure I didn’t spend more than I had to! They nailed it on the first go around! They save me hundreds if not thousands of dollars on unneeded parts and labor. Good, honest and trustworthy shop! Couldn’t recommend them higher!

These guys are the BEST!! I have two different Range Rovers, one older and one new, they are well versed and experienced with both models and seem to know exactly what hiccups are common on the different models. They are respectful of your time and don't leave your car sitting in a parking lot for weeks while you wait...they diagnose, get the parts THEN take your car in and expedite repairs. You're not paying for fancy waiting lobbies with privates offices and automatic coffee machines with smart televisions....it's a good old fashioned car repair shop....very few good ones left...Highly recommend this team!!!

Japanese Motorworks declared my Honda Civic 2002 with 80k mileage scrap metal after transmission damage. Athens Auto Import saved my car and did everything “Betsy” needed - this car feels like new - transmission works better than before! I highly recommend these guys - they really know what they are doing and they won’t rip you off! I am so happy my car is back on the road! I would not have found another car of this quality for that price!
