It was an absolute pleasure working with Dave and his team. This is actually the third time my wife and I have been fortunate enough to use his services. We bought our first home with Dave, jumping through hoops, that others said could not be jumped through. We actually had 2 other people tell us that they couldn’t make it happen based on my family’s specific circumstances, and Dave made it happen. We then used Dave and his team for a refinance, which was painless, and quick. After selling that home we decided to purchase a substantially more expensive property with nearly the same, if not more, difficult because now my wife and I are both 1099 for our income.
