I initially went with my original mortgage company since they handled my first loan, but the process became overwhelming. They kept asking for more and more documents - at one point i joked that they might as well ask for my "firstborn." Communication was slow and updates were slower. Kiyoshi reached out at the perfect time and offered a much better option. Kiyoshi was very efficient and provided an excellent service. He was always very pleasant and would respond to my inquiries any time or day of the week. The process was completed in ten days, weekend included. The difference in service was "day and night."

Solve Lending & Realty really SOLVE lending issues other lender/banks create! I mean these guys called 1day and within 3weeks not only did we close but they also BEAT the rate, fees and payments on my loan from previous lender I was working with.
