I bought a new open box range for a little less money than the big appliance stores. Lana my sales person was great to deal with. My range was delivered and set up the next day by two really nice guys. They took my old stove away. I really like my new induction range. I highly recommend SMS!

Unfortunately the one I ordered was damaged in shipping. SMS was able to find another matching model but different color. This one was had better features and was newer. SMS stepped up, kept price the same and saved me trips to the laundromat!! Lana was prompt to reply and in things she could control very accommodating. If your looking for used or refurbished appliance give these folds a try.
