Russell was able to come over the very next day on a mobile service call. The work that he does is comparable to a watchmaker in terms of patience and attention to detail. He has a firm understanding of the fluidity of metal on a body panel and the difference between aluminum and steel characteristics (I had dents on both types). Super nice fella who communicated everything that was going on when I occasionally checked in on him. Pricing was very fair based on the time and expertise that was involved.

Finding a new mechanic as a transplant (especially a female one) can be an extremely stressful and overwhelming experience. After a fender bender left me with a broken blinker, I put out a feeler on Yelp with pictures of my vehicle asking for quotes. Premier Dent Removal followed up promptly, getting me in for an in person consultation. While another mechanic told me my entire bumper would need to be repaired, Russel informed me he’d be able to get me back up and running with a new light kit assembly. And he was right! I’m not only back on the road, but a week earlier than anticipated.I was initially wary about patronizing somewhere with so few reviews, but Russel and team set the bar when it comes to integrity, kindness, consistent communication, and professionalism.
