Maitland John has been servicing our residential yard in New Tampa for some time now. He is unique among the many other people that have worked for us at two different residences. He is the only individual that has worked for us who approaches his tasks with the idea of professionalism backed by a graduate degree in agricultural and biological engineering. He knows how to address lawn care in all its dimensions, such as shrub trimming, lawn replacement, and other issues around residential homes. He focuses on traditional aspects of landscape care and on his knowledge of other specialized tasks. For example, he also deals with pressure washing, irrigation, and other skills related to his idea of “hardscapes.” For example, he replaces shrubs and lawn grass. His most notable quality is his deep knowledge of lawn grasses, plants, and specialty yard work. In our case, he hardened our brick patio to prevent weed growth between bricks . He gives professional advice on just about any aspect of lawn and vegetative problems. His educational background is technical, but he enjoys being outdoors where he is able to solve problems and answer questions on residential dooryard care. All of these diverse skills come with friendliness, a sense of client commitment, and reliability. Unlike so many people who have serviced our yards, he is not a "mower jockey" who drives fast to finish mowing & edging quickly so as to move on to the next client’s yard. He gives excellent advice based on deep knowledge of the outdoor activities that he performs. In our mind, it is his professional approach and his advice on what he does that is his most valuable asset. You may pay a bit more for his service, but you are getting so much more.
