Where do i even begin. I called them last minute for moving and they said yes without a second thought. They came during their break before going to another move to help me move out of storage. Scott was very responsive, informative, and offered competitive pricing for the Jellyfish lighting system. He and his team visited our home to ensure the color of the track would match our gutters and soffit, and then they came back to install in only one day! I highly recommend the JELLYFISH LIGHTING SYSTEM which was installed by BRIGHTHOUSE LIGHTING. We decided on permanent lighting over two and a half years ago and are still so pleased. Driving around the block to look at my displays from different angles gives me such pleasure. More times than I can count, we have had folks ring our doorbell or catch us out front and ask about our lighting. The lights have added beauty to our home as well as value...an investment we made that pays off every day of the year. I have magnificent displays on all holidays, as well as for special events. Every night after hours, we use our lights on the “accent light” setting which also serves as beautiful security lights, illuminating, while at the same time showcasing our property. Our house is shades of gray brick and siding and we have very light, whitish-blue lights going completely around our house (every fifth light) and it is absolutely stunning. The system is user-friendly; I am seventy years old and have no issues with the designer app or prescheduling my displays. Their customer service is extraordinary. Any time I have a question, Scott, the owner of BRIGHTHOUSE LIGHTING, is always there to assist, his customer service skills are exceptional. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made!

Scott and his guys did an AMAZING job getting our house to become the talk of the neighborhood! We just recently had a light that had a problem and within days and even over a holiday weekend they came out and within 20 minutes was done. Only disappointment is no referral bonus but there’s always time for that change.

It has been a year since my install of jellyfish lightning system installed by Brighthouse. First off the install went great. 2 installers worked hard and got the job completed in a day and half priced for no haggling. Wires are tidy and you don’t even know they are there. System has been working flawlessly, and software app has gone through 2 updates and always getting better. Second the lights! Best bang for your buck. NO MORE STRINGING XMAS LIGHTS! There is a default light setting for every holiday and I created my own. I even created my own sports victories for my kids schools.

I was so happy with the consideration they demonstrated from placement and details to teaching us how to program and answering all the questions we had. The color layouts are endless. Scott and his guys were great and installed the lights in a day, they came back the next day to test and ensure everything was working as it should, they did a stellar installation, the cost wasn’t that bad either, I would highly recommend Brighthouse lighting to install the jellyfish lights!
