Andy and Jakob performed a home inspection as well as sewer line inspection and radon testing for us on a house we put an offer on. We were able to get everything scheduled very quickly. The inspection report was very thorough, and I appreciated that it gave me an idea as to which items should take priority in addressing. Andy and Jakob were friendly and were happy to answer any questions on site or later via email. The inspection report was sent to me very quickly. I would definitely use Western State’s Home Inspection again and highly recommend them to anyone needing home inspections.
