The owners of the Gold Exchange in Folsom are so Knowledgeable and honest! I had to sell my grandmother's gold necklace and a few sterling silver pieces, several years ago, to pay my property taxes after a knee injury, surgery (that did not go as well as planned at Kaiser), and having my office shut down for long periods of time due to Covid19. Both owners were very kind and empathetic and gave me a very fair price. I am driving there again this week from Colfax, in order to sell some more of my mom's jewelry to cover expenses. my mom and myself recently went to the gold exchange and had a wonderful experience. Jessie and her employees were amazing! They were so kind and took extra time to answer any questions that we had. They made us feel like we belonged and treated us with respect.Recently, we had a completely opposite experience at the Gold Mart. We would recommend anyone to go to the gold exchange to find treasures or to sell items they are wanting to get rid of. Jessie and her employees are very honest and nice people.
