We honestly can’t recommend Keyholder Mortgages enough, especially Lois who was amazing from start to finish.As first time buyers in London we were pretty overwhelmed, but she made everything feel so much clearer and easier to deal with. She explained things properly, kept us updated, and was always there if we had questions.She was so thorough and really on it the whole way through, which made a stressful process feel way more manageable. She also helped us sort our life insurance, mortgage protection and critical illness cover, which made a big difference having it all in one place and properly explained.We genuinely don’t think we would have got through it as smoothly without her. So grateful for all her help and would 100% recommend to anyone who wants someone who cares.
