Virgil and his team did a FANTASTIC job remodeling our roof deck that was in pretty bad shape. We absolutely love everything about it, from the custom railing to the sleek modern pergola. The lighting at night is beautiful (the wall wash lighting is on a temporary base as I will eventually stake them into a planter). The french doors are perfect. I included some before photos to highlight how much of a transformation this was. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and it's added so much functional space for us to enjoy.

Virgil has been the best! He redid my windows, painted the outside of my house, removed the ugly popcorn ceiling, and even upgraded my electrical panel. It was a lot of work, but he handled everything professionally and efficiently. We had new siding placed and a leak in our roof repaired by Energy Savings Construction. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did! Everything looks incredible! They paid attention to every little detail and fixed things we didn’t even know needed to be fixed. Virgil was incredibly responsive to every question and request we had, and was constantly on site to make sure everything was going according to plan. The workers themselves were all very friendly and professional. We will definitely be using Virgil and his team again in the future for any other projects we have!

My delay in reviewing their work has nothing to do with how pleased I truly am!! Virgil and his team painted my home back in March at a time when I was dealing with a lot of family stresses. They also did additional construction redesign around my garage and windows, with stucco work. I cannot express how happy I am with the finished project. The workers were excellent, the finished design and color are beautiful, and I get lots of compliments on my street from complete strangers. Thank you, Virgil, for being so awesome to work with. I hope we can work together again!

Honestly, I cannot give enough praise to Virgil and his crew.I grew up in this house. My mom and dad bought it 60 years ago. Our badly neglected 100 year old house presented some unique challenges, to say the least. From repairing extensive structural water damage to preserving the architectural features while modernizing and beautifying the home, Virgil and crew more than rose to the occasion. Virgil works with true craftsman. The project was huge! One aspect was structural damage on the front wall from decades of undetected water intrusion behind brick. The brick is antique, unique and not replaceable. I was told by another contractor that they would use miss matched brick and by yet another to remove all the brick and replace with siding. I wanted the brick taken down, cleaned and replaced. Virgil said, "I've got the guy". And the result is, it looks untouched. The bathroom.. rebuilt from the joists up, where there was previously just a gutted space. All galvanized and cast iron plumbing replaced, the jumbled insufficient wiring straightened out. Mouldings and baseboards were harvested from closets to replace what was needed to keep integrity. Oak floor boards were taken up in the entry to replace flooring in the hall, all hand fitted and making a perfectly smooth transition to the slate floor in the bathroom. The kitchen, breakfast room and laundry makeover is amazing! Updated, beautiful, functional but still keeping a vintage feel. The fence and gates are really lovely, too! There is more we had done, but this is getting long. Quality workmanship, quality materials, quality people for sure! Did I mention all this was done in about 7 weeks?! Crazy! Sure there were some things that arose but these guys figured out the solutions. My hat's off to Energy Savings Construction!

Let me start by saying this is a ten-star review. 5 stars seems insufficient when assessing the quality work Energy Savings Construction performed for my family.From Virgil (the owner) to the members of his very talented crew every aspect of the project was neat, efficient and handled with the greatest of care.Our projects consisted of a very tricky fence replacement and an updated awning for the backyard.Beginning with the fence, Randall (the crew foreman) consulted with me about the aspects of the build and any concerns I might have. I indicated that the preservation of the flora along the fence was important to me. Randall and the crew not only saved the bushes but also went above and beyond to save two trees that I worried might have to be removed to erect the fence.Randall is a craftsman and his work shows it.The awning was to replace the original one from 1975. The crew was, again, outstanding. Virgil was on site to make sure I was satisfied with the work.Great guy, Virgil.You can’t go wrong with Energy Savings Construction. The team at ESC pulled off what I think was a very complex bathroom remodel. Even thru all the wet and mucky days we’ve had! Aaron did such an artistic job of arranging the flow of the marble-like colors in the tile!!! And he coordinated a long detailed project… we could not have come close if we DIY’d! Super quick response for questions. 5 stars for sure!!!
