Dr. Moore did a fantastic job on restoring my lower right teeth!! I can finally chew and function properly. The best part is they look and feel just like my natural teeth. I am elated with the skill, care, and professionalism when I am in this practice. I recommend them to the moon and back!!! I did plenty of internet research once I made a decision to improve my life with dental implants. I also prayed about my choice for where to get it done. By Design exceeded my expectations! I was only here for a consult, however, the office is very clean and everyone was extremely nice. The doctor had a great bedside manner. He also took the time to listen to my concerns, and validated my concerns (unlike other professionals I have spoken to). I also was not “shamed” for the condition of my mouth. BY DESIGN DENTAL IMPLANT CENTER REVIEW Unapologetically, this is a no-holds-barred over-the-top 5-star review of BY DESIGN DENTAL IMPLANT CENTER. No, I am not a shill, a family member, an old friend, or an investor. I am simply a patient who had been in great need of an intelligent dental solution that would be performed by the best minds, in the best hands. I also happen to be a critical thinker, an MD and PhD, who chose this center (about 20 minutes away) vs. one (a nationally advertised CLEAR CHOICE IMPLANT center) that I could have walked to in about 2 minutes. I sincerely hope this the review will save you time and capital, as well as transform your worries over your dental needs to a life experience you will come to regard as joyful. So, before settling on "BY DESIGN . . ." I did first visit another leading corporate driven dental implant center. Yes, I was wowed at CLEAR CHOICE by their rich ultramodern office space decor, a no-nonsense presentation of their services, the professionalism of their reception and medical staff, All the while I could not help but feel I was part of a pretentiously orchestrated production line. I also wondered how much of my bill would be used to pay for both the facade of the office and for their national advertising budget. In addition, at the very end, I felt I was being upsold by a charming, but nevertheless low-level worker. I'd previously reviewed the professional qualifications of the medical staff, and while quite passable, could not be said to have been top shelf. Yet I knew that pedigree of staff does not neatly correlate with results so I withheld all judgment in that regard. Despite hearing great hustle and bustle in the adjoining rooms, I had not been afforded a complete tour of the facility, Also importantly, having worked in a top-level health care corporation, I intuited that each health professional I met there had considered themselves as nothing more than replaceable cogs in a corporate machine. They carefully withheld costs of their services until the very end. As I predicted midway in my visit, at the end the sticker shock was over-the-top toxic. Given all my other reservations about their pitch and atmosphere, I decided to put the place on hold. Fortunately, I'd already done some web surfing and the BY DESIGN DENTAL IMPLANT CENTER caught my eye for its forthrightness, implied professionalism, compactness and consistency of its staff, and high degree pedigrees of its medical staff. Immediately upon leaving CLEAR CHOICE and while in their parking lot , I called BY DESIGN and simply asked for their fee for the procedure I desired. With no sales inquiry on their part, I got theirs immediately; it was ~25% less! I immediately made an appointment to visit. I found myself in a very modern office space with a warm feel. I first met with a seasoned dental assistant who had been with one of the founding members of the practice for ages. She initially reviewed my complimentary 3D CT scan prior to the prosthodontist, I recognized her sense of loyalty to the practice, her true respect for the medical staff, and her up-front willingness to discuss failure rates for the procedure and to describe in great detail how it all worked. She was more than interested in my past medical history and surprising my professional careers and family life. She'd been nothing but sincere and down to earth throughout. There was no sense of rush, nor the notion that she was trying to sell me anything, In the end, we got to talking as might old friends. I felt privileged to learn of her journey through life. She then led me on a transparent tour of the facility. Every modern technology was present and set up professionally in clean clear spaces. On tour, I saw first-hand the happiness of the ancillary staff, the pride in their work, lovely interactions with each other and with patients. and lastly, the high esteem in which they held the practice's professional partners. As a previous supervisor of up to 100 people in a corporate environment, I already knew that such depth of respect for bosses does not occur unless it is authentic. Upon meeting the principal medical staff, I was taken with their sense of humanity, their in-depth knowledge, and without out a drop of paternalism or sociopathy, Having researched the literature, I threw in a couple of very difficult questions - concerns of mine actually - to gauge how they would address the controversies of their field, In every instance their responses were either quantitatively exact, or they just admitted that the field did not yet know. Wow! I reviewed the work of the master Certified Dental Technician (a warm guy with multi-decades of experience operating and designing his own dental laboratory) and found his output to be impossibly exact and artistic. He is a humble gem of a technical master, as well as an artist. In my own case, he forsaw my needs as well as addressing any issues with an economy of explanation on my part, and hit the mark squarely for the permanent result. The experienced prosthodontist, a down-to-earth congenial master who initially benefited from the discipline of military service and training (going on for advanced up to date practice standards) never failed to make things right. The oral-maxillary surgeon could not have been better trained, nor have been more knowledgeable or compassionate. The result of the surgery, the fittings, and the design of the prosthetic could not have been conducted with more efficiency, good humor, technical and artistic elan, This is, in the end, is the most important practical part of the story, yet not the best. The best? The staff at BY DESIGN operates as a functional family unit both professionally and interpersonally, It may sound mushy to say, but this practice operates with love of each other, respect for hierarchy, and with their patients' welfare at its root,. It is a model for every medical practice that hopes to be both technically excellent and true overall compassionate healers. In some ways, it is an anomaly considering the today's catastrophe that is modern medicine. While this practice has in place the efficiencies of a well-run corporation, It does not practice its medicine in the mold of a corporate-driven framework. Yes. most importantly I can now personally count on this staff to take care of my complicated dental needs. Yet, I would have never guessed that it would be such an honor and privilege to regard each of them as treasured fellow humans. Nor would I have ever suspected that they would authentically regard me in the same way, I wish the practice nothing but good luck, fortune, and continued service. I wish each of the staff what I wish my most valued associates, colleagues, and friends - i.e., everything they wish for themselves. I hope you found this useful, Except for the sheer curiosity of it all, you do not need to look further. Dr. Mogyoros expertly removed a cyst from my son's mouth. He has such a calming and comforting bedside manner and we felt totally confident in his care. His follow up was accommodating and thorough and showed how invested he is in his patients. His entire staff was helpful and friendly as well. Highly recommend!
