I've live here for many years and this is a place I call home. I raised my now adult daughters here. This is a safe place to live, the neighbors are great. Whenever something needs fixing, repaired or replaced, if it doesn't get fixed the same day, it will be the very next day. I've only had one emergency repair that needed fixing right away, and it was done!Management are easy to speak to and are approachable. I love our home.God bless!

I've had nothing but good experiences with this company. From my experience, they are much more ethical and thoughtful than my past landlords. I haven't experienced the move-out process with them yet, but I expect it to be as pleasant as my other interactions with the company. Flow seems to go above and beyond what most landlords would do. Before the first snow of the year they even came and dropped off buckets of salt and shovels for each apartment in our complex, which was so amazing and helpful. I also appreciate that they have an easy-to-use portal to make maintenance requests and once requested, someone is scheduled to come out and look at the issue in a timely manner. The maintenance workers are friendly and usually the same two or three people show up in marked t-shirts, so you get to know/recognize them, which makes me feel much more comfortable. So far I have loved renting from this management company. I have had minimal complications, which is unusual in my experience with other local management companies. I highly recommend this management company over any other's in the Cincinnati area.
