We have had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Flow Property Management. Our direct point of contact, Zac Elliott, was highly professional and incredibly responsive under a tight time window.A long term tenant of our OTR apartment gave us notice about 30 days prior to our planned trip to Europe. We took two plus weeks to get the place cleaned and painted. Then we called a mangement company that was recommended by a trusted Real Estate advisor. The management company, which uses AI operators, did not called back and I could not get a live person at that company. Then, I research for an alternative online and found Flow Property Management. I called Zac the day before we were going to leave. At the time, I thought it would be a long shot for Flow Property Management to get us listed before we left. I was wrong. The property was listed and Flow Management showed the property while we were away. The other company finally returned my call after the apartment was listed.Zac is a great communicator. He is reliable and quick to respond. I highly recommend Flow Property Management to anyone searching for dependable property management.

I've live here for many years and this is a place I call home. I raised my now adult daughters here. This is a safe place to live, the neighbors are great. Whenever something needs fixing, repaired or replaced, if it doesn't get fixed the same day, it will be the very next day. I've only had one emergency repair that needed fixing right away, and it was done!Management are easy to speak to and are approachable. I love our home.God bless!
