Monte Carlo took care of all the details of our Viking River Cruise and a week's stay in a great hotel in Munich. CJ was great answering all our questions and making sure everything was easy.

CJ was great. He kept us informed and calmed our nerves regarding issues at Newark Airport which was having issues with delays and cancellations due to construction and a shortage of air traffic controllers. I am glad he is on my team
