I had very little interaction with them except when they came to pick up my wife’s body. They were respectful And kind. My daughter took care of everything at their establishment. She had no complaints and from my daughter that means a good review. As far as the cost goes, You should shop around and get this done in advance. If you’re an old man, who’s never had to do this and you may find the cost a shock to the system. There should be ways to offset the price. Trading precious metals with the blessing of the deceased.

The funeral director was professional, explained everything well, transparent about pricing, and didn't try to take advantage of our grief to upsell us on things. He has also been very responsive in answering questions through email as time goes on. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Hall-Wynne and everyone there that I had contact with. I felt their compassion in every interaction and they made every step of the process as smooth as possible. I especially want to shout out Tyler, the Funeral Director, for taking his time to walk me through every single step and making sure I understood all of my options. It's not an easy time to make decisions and having someone patiently journey with you and have genuine empathy is an indescribable gift. And they were always a phone call away anytime day or night. I'm truly blessed that Hall-Wynne was recommended to me.

Casey Champion is such an asset to this company. She builds relationships with families and listens to their needs. Casey meticulously reviewed the family history and recommended best course for options to complete the burial process. Not only did Casey hope to get Military honors for our loved one, Wyatt Dale Cates, when we could not provide the DD214, she still provided honorary flags at the gravesite and honored Dales military service by providing a flag by presenting it to the family. Casey also honored each surviving family member by placing a red rose on Dales casket. The service was beautiful and I am sure Dale and his wife Flossie were looking down from heaven with smiles on their faces. We, Kelly and Julie are so blessed to have had this company and it’s wonderful representative, Casey take care of our family in this difficult time. ❣️
