I accidentally locked my keys in my car while I was at the City of Refuge… I was in such a panic & didn’t know what I was going to do because I’m on a fixed income & didn’t have money at that particular time to pay anybody to help me? This company… THE LOCK GUYS… came to my rescue, no questions asked & were so very friendly & they were there in a snap, not only that… my biggest BLESSING was when they charged me ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Yet they treated me as if I was giving them money to unlock my car I.e. as if I was a paying customer! I give them a 20 on a scale from 1-10…. They went above & beyond for this 71 yr old crazy lady… lol… I love them!

These guys are very professional and do great work. They have made us many extra car keys and it has always been an efficient process. Recently, I made a user error with my key fob ;) They could easily have taken advantage of me and charged for a whole new one, but they operated with integrity and pointed out the problem without being condescending. I really appreciate their service to the community.
