What started as a wonderful morning turned into chaos! I had issues with my key flop and went to the dealer. Waited 3 hours and was looking to pay hundreds of dollars. I was very defeated. I reached out to a friend who recommened the lock guys and so i tried that. I get to the lock guys and it was storming so bad. I thought a tornado was coming through. Anyways i hurried inside to find a gentleman named Ben who was very helpful and fast and courteous. He went outside in the storm and got me a new key flop to my car and fixed mine as well. Price was way cheaper and i was out in under 20 minutes. Ben was soaking wet from the storm but all smiles. He even offered me a coffee. People yall are truly missing out if you need anything that involves keys or spares or anything to do with locks. I say the lock guys are top notch. From here on out i will only come to the lock guys for my key makes or lock issues. They are very welcoming and funny and the music inside the store just makes you want to dance. Thank you Mr Ben for battling the tornado to get my key flop fixed. And thank you for the free coffee that you made.
