My car would not start anymore and I went through long process replacing the starter, battery and checked all cables etc. The testing confirmed that no key codes were showing which we contacted the Lock Guys since they are authorized by Ford dealership. The tech guy Daniel came out to the mechanic shop and did their testing which showed the key was not responding to the car system and responder which left the ignition lock cylinder needed replacing. Daniel continued over the next hours clarifying certain aspects in such a complex trouble shooting measures. So, from a consumer talking with the mechanics, Daniel with Lock Guys I was able to see through the forest of trees. Apparently, the lock cylinder somehow lost the ability to send or receive once the key was attempted to start the car. It was confirmed that it wasn't the ignition switch since it turned and all the dash lights came on etc. Daniel went far and beyond the call of duty and provided superior customer service and represented The Lock Guys with excellence. I thank & definitely recommend The Lock Guys and definitely ask for Daniel. I also, thank T & Q Auto Services on Glenwood for their honest and good mechanic work.
