Coach Sara has been so helpful with building back my confidence in my sport after a toxic coaching experience. My youngest son had a horrific experience with a hockey coach and we watched his confidence and overall game dramatically suffered as a result. After just a few sessions with Coach Baylie, my son Chase was a different player on the ice, far more confident than we had seen in at least a year! Coach Baylie is an absolute joy. Chase looks forward to meeting with her each week! We loved watching his confidence grow so much that we switch our oldest son over to her as well who already in the CEP program. He is a pretty reserved child and it's great to hear him opening up to her. She's very responsive and easy to speak with. I highly recommend Coach Baylie!

This review is long overdue and Gabe deserves a more thoughtful review than I’m about to give but I have to share what an integral part he has played in my son’s hockey development. Gabe has helped my son direct his strong will into strengthening his leadership skills, confidence and focus. With hockey being such a competitive sport, it can be hard to find your identity, stay on track and not get lost in the noise. But with Gabe’s expertise, my son has developed skills that he will carry on and off the ice. If your child is serious about having a career in any sport, this program is worth the investment. Mental training is absolutely essential to longterm athletic development and equally important as developing physical skills. If you want to level up your child’s game this program is the way to do it.
