Having grown up in NYC in the 1960s, my early experiences with dentistry were shaped by visits to NYU Dental School students, which, unfortunately, left me with a lasting fear. Even years later, with more modern dentists, those memories still resurface. That's why I'm so thrilled to have found Dentibus – it's a completely different world of dental care. I've never encountered a more knowledgeable, friendly, and caring group of professionals. Dr. Nuno Fernandes, who expertly replaced an ancient filling, was fast, thorough, and communicative throughout the procedure. He worked with the support of his staff, who provided a high level of personal attention. The front desk staff are also charming, remarkably helpful, and fluent in English. Overall, I'm delighted to have this practice in my life. While I hope to only need bi-annual cleanings, it's comforting to know they are here in Setubal.UPDATE (Oct 2027)Root canals are usually something people dread, but Dr. Nuno and his team made the process as smooth as it gets. During an intensive 45-minute appointment, Dr. Nuno was steady, thorough, and constantly attentive to making sure I stayed relaxed and comfortable. The practice uses modern, state-of-the-art technology, and the staff couldn't be more polite or welcoming. If you have any anxiety about major dental work, you are in excellent hands here.

I had a really positive experience here, the clinic is beautiful, the doctors are all wonderful and Susanna is very attentive. They use lots of technology and X-rays and Susanna explains everything really well. I got such a good understanding of my teeth from this experience and she made sure I knew that any procedures were a choice and gave me all prices before I committed to anything. Really lovely and grateful for the help and the service.
