Stella and all the employees here were super friendly and helpful. The furniture here is a few more dollars than you would spend at let's say Furniture row, but you may find some nice one of a kind items or some upscale pieces. A lot of it I've seen before elsewhere for less though. Still it was a nice shopping experience.

I have been purchasing furnishings from Madison Home for several decades and have always been so thankful for such an accessible, professional, upscale store where I never fail to find just what I’m looking for. Salina has helped me many times to choose just the perfect pieces. She is so patient and professional and talented. And Lam has been delightful to work with as well and manages to find the most unique, beautiful and affordable pieces to show at Madison home. They will forever be my go to.!!

Madison Home was one of the only stores in Spokane that had the higher quality of furniture we were looking for. Lisa, the design associate that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. With her guidance we were able to find the sleeper sofa we wanted. Unfortunately, once it was delivered we found it had a factory defect which made retracting the sleeper difficult to impossible.Lisa and Lam said that if there were any problems that Madison Home would make sure it was taken care of to our satisfaction. It took some patience because a replacement mechanism from the factory didn't fix the problem, so Madison Home ended up replacing the entire sofa. That kind of customer service after the sale is outstanding. We couldn't be happier.Everything about purchasing the sofa from Madison Home was great. From the expert help when shopping, to the delivery, which was on time with competent and accommodating staff, and the level communication and updates while the factory defect was being addressed. I recommend Madison Home to anyone looking for high quality furniture and an excellent purchasing experience.

Lisa the designer is helpful and kind. Gorgeous furnishings throughout store with easy layout. The owner's amazing personal history is detailed on large displays which in turn gives the place a very personal feel. Would definitely keep this shop in mind for our next furniture purchase.
