Strickland gave us a second opinion and didn’t try to do the Add-On game. They took the initiative to find out that two of the parts under question are warranted for ten years saving us $$$, which the other HVAC company failed to do and charged us for. It was well worth the service fee. Alex, the tech , even caught an oversight from the previous company in failing to connect the wiring on a “compressor saver” kit! Strickland saved us several thousands more we were told by the other company we seriously needed to consider replacing the entire HVAC system. Our current system is only 6 years.Thank you for helping us to make a better informed decision, Strickland- a family owned business we would highly recommend !
